Terms for contributors

• Registering does not create work or payment. Work exists only when a coordinator assigns it to you.
• Payment is agreed per assignment and is paid only after your work is accepted.
• Your submitted work is confidential. Nothing is published about you without your explicit approval.
• Reviews may use AI assistance; a person always makes the final decision about your work.
